A   Time  to  Dance

“Some teach you how to dance, some make you a dancer.”  Lynda is the latter. 

Lynda has danced since the age of two, and became a ballroom dance instructor at the age of 17.  She has an Associate of Dance Degree in American Smooth and Rhythm dancing through DVIDA.  She is a member of the National Dance Council of America and USA Dance.  During her lifetime of dance she has taught hundreds of dancers of all ages, from all walks of life and many with challenging circumstances – physical, mental and emotional. 

Each week Lynda is involved with lessons for groups and individuals, wedding couples and their families, and groups for disadvantaged and developmentally handicapped youth.  She also teaches dancers who are training to become dance instructors preparing them for their certification.  She hosts regular practice sessions and parties for her dance family. 

Lynda’s experience with dance and skills as a teacher become obvious with one’s first lesson.  Her mastery of dance technique and choreography, her musicality and creativity make learning an entertaining and enjoyable experience.
